2026 3rd International Conference on Urban Construction and Transportation (UCT 2026) will be convened in Hohhot, China, from July 17–19, 2026, establishing a vital nexus for global experts and scholars to exchange insights at the intersection of urban development and mobility systems. Dedicated to addressing the synergistic challenges of modern city planning and transportation infrastructure, the conference aims to catalyze collaboration by showcasing Keynote Speeches from industry visionaries, Thematic Parallel Sessions on smart transit, sustainable urban design, and integrated logistics, alongside Oral Presentations and Industry Reports that bridge theoretical research with practical implementation. We sincerely invite researchers and practitioners worldwide to submit their latest academic achievements, engage in high-level dialogue, and notably, we encourage Young Scholars to take the initiative in organizing specialized thematic sessions to drive innovation and shape the future of urban-transport ecosystems.
The conference will recommend a variety of publication types, including conference proceedings(EI), SCI journals. Scholars are requested to strictly abide by academic norms and ethics, and not to publish repeatedly or submit more than one manuscript.
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committee. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of UCT 2026 will be published in conference proceedings, and submitted to Inspec and CNKI for indexing, and where applicable, also submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus (Subject to acceptance)
